Charter was received and presented along with insurance documents to Eddie Crawford representing Lamar-Dixon Expo Center (LDEC) on Dec. 12, 2006.  Frequency pin board was erected on Dec. 13 and flying commenced shortly after that.  The club officers decided that a $25 initiation fee will be charged to become a member of Parish of Ascension Radio Control Club (PARCC).  Yearly dues will be decided upon at a later date. Membership application forms will soon be available from club officers. You must be a paid up member of PARCC in  order to fly at LDEC. Monthly meetings of PARCC will take place on the third Tuesday of each month at 7 pm at LDEC.  The first monthly meeting will be on Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2007.

If you go to LDEC to fly and the gate is locked call the security guard at 772-6578 and he will come over and unlock the gate for you. The security guard will ask to see your AMA card.
